You may use IP Lens for ordinary network troubleshooting, learning and reviewing publicly available network information. Use the website only in ways permitted by applicable law and by any rules that apply to the network or systems involved. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the tools.
The website currently requires no visitor account and does not charge for running the provided checks. Your internet connection, device, browser and third-party services may have their own costs or restrictions.
Responsible use
Only submit information you are entitled to use. Public information about a domain or address does not grant permission to access, scan or interfere with the associated systems.
- Do not use the website to harass people, expose personal information or support unlawful activity.
- Do not submit passwords, secret keys, access tokens or confidential internal information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access restrictions or overload diagnostic providers.
- Respect the rate limits and usage conditions of the third-party services that receive your requests.
IP Lens is an interactive browser tool, not a bulk data service or permission to run automated requests against its providers.
What results mean
Results are observations from a particular browser, provider and time. IP locations are estimates. DNS answers describe the resolver queried. An empty or failed request may reflect browser restrictions, network conditions or an unavailable provider. It does not establish that a domain is safe or a service is offline.
The current site does not provide a verified reputation score, a comprehensive security audit, a guaranteed DNS leak assessment or a test of account eligibility. Browser fingerprint summaries do not prove identity or uniqueness. CDN clues and certificate records do not establish live infrastructure. Guides are general explanations and cannot replace investigation of your own circumstances.
Confirm important findings with relevant authoritative sources before making security, access-control, purchasing or other consequential decisions.
Third-party services and links
Some checks send queries directly from your browser to independent providers. Those providers control their information, availability and applicable terms. External links are offered as references; their presence does not imply endorsement or a business relationship.
IP Lens cannot correct a registry or location database itself, guarantee an upstream response, or remove data held by an independent service. See the Privacy Policy for the current request flow.
Reports, sharing and your device
You decide whether to download a report, copy an address or share a page. Reports may contain full addresses and browser details even when display masking is enabled. Review the contents and destination before sending them to anyone.
Installing the site does not create an offline network service. Your browser manages installation and permissions. You remain responsible for the copies and files you keep on your device.
Content and attribution
Website text, interface materials and third-party names may be protected by intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to third-party content. Any reuse of repository code is subject to the license, if any, that accompanies that code.
When citing a guide or a diagnostic result, retain enough context to avoid presenting an estimate or an unknown result as a verified fact. Contact us about a factual error or a concern about material on the site.
Availability and limitations
The site and its information are provided as available. Features, endpoints and explanations may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete data, a particular troubleshooting outcome or compatibility with every browser.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete results, third-party outages or your handling of exported information. Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
